HOW IT WORKS
1. APPOINTMENT
We visit your property to view the spatial aspect, lighting, area and unique characteristics of the home so we showcase its best aspects for potential purchases. ( we do offer partial styling , should you wish us to work with some of your existing items). See link to our top 10 tips.
2. PROPOSAL
We email you our styling proposal within 24hrs of our meeting with a list of proposed items for each space including a link to our website and social media pages to view our work. Costings vary from property to property depending on size starting at $2,900. We charge for 4 weeks and give you 2 weeks free.
3. BOOKING
Once you have accepted our styling proposal and returned paperwork we book in a date with you for installation with out team. We usually advise this to be carried out 1-2 days prior to photography with your agent.
4. INSTALLATION
The exciting day where we transform your property! You will see Naomi and her team work their magic so your property stands out in the market and also in the photography to get the buyers there! This will take approximately 3-5 hrs depending on the size of the property.
5. PICK UP
Once the property has sold or you reach the end of the styling contract we will contact you to arrange removal of goods with our team. Extensions are available to you if required on a weekly basis.
6. STORAGE
We can help arrange storage facilities for your goods and transport there and back.
STYLING ADVICE
If you are after some styling advice working with your existing furniture rather than furniture hire we do offer this aswell! We go through your home room by room with you and advise what to keep, remove, adjust and some little additions that may be required working within your budget. For example cushions, lighting. We advise which local retailers to go to and the pieces we recommend to give your property the lift it needs for photography and open days! Styling consults are based on an hourly rate at $370.00.
